How can it be that much cheaper?
Most Odoo work is searching and typing: reading someone else's code, finding what breaks in a new version, rewriting it. AI coding tools like Claude Code, Codex and Cursor do that part fast. We always use the latest models.
What's left is thinking and checking, and that's what you pay for. We review every change, test on a copy of your data and only go live when it's right. Agencies that bill by the hour have little reason to work faster. We're a small team, so for us it works the other way around.

Small changes, like an extra field, a report or a custom quote layout, start at €350 excl. VAT. Upgrades, modules and integrations get a fixed price once we've looked at your Odoo. Ecothermia's upgrade was 2 working days at €500 per day. Odoo licences are paid to Odoo directly.

What does an Odoo upgrade cost in Belgium?
It depends on how much custom code your Odoo has. With an Enterprise subscription, Odoo migrates the standard modules itself. Custom modules are not covered, and that is where the cost is. For Ecothermia another agency estimated 7 working days at €150 per hour, about €8,400. We did it in 2 working days at €500 per day: €1,000 excl. VAT.
Should I upgrade to Odoo 19 or go straight to Odoo 20?
Odoo 20 has been out since September 2026. If you are upgrading now, check first whether you can go straight to 20. That depends on your custom code and on the third-party modules you use. We check that before you get a price.
Why is it cheaper than other Odoo agencies?
We work with AI coding tools like Claude Code, Codex and Cursor every day. They read the existing code, find what breaks in a new version and propose fixes. We review and test everything on a copy of your data. Most agencies still bill by the hour, so faster work does not lower their invoice. Ours is a fixed price.
Can't I just do this myself with AI?
For small things, sometimes. But AI sounds just as sure when it is wrong, and in Odoo you often find out when an invoice is off or an upgrade breaks. We have been building web applications for over twenty years. We check access rights, amounts and VAT, and whether the code will survive the next upgrade.
